Child Safety Standards

Phu is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in our services. These standards apply to the Phu mobile application and phu.town website.

Not directed at children

Phu is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information promptly.

Zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual exploitation on Phu. Content that exploits or endangers children is prohibited and will be removed. Accounts involved in such activity may be suspended or terminated and reported to the appropriate authorities.

User-generated content

Where Phu allows user-generated content, we take steps to prevent misuse, including reporting tools, moderation, and enforcement of our Terms of Service. We review reports of harmful content and act on confirmed violations.

Reporting concerns

If you believe a child is at risk, or you encounter content that exploits or endangers children on Phu, contact us immediately at [email protected] with the subject line Child safety report. Include relevant details such as links, usernames, or screenshots where possible.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Legal compliance

We comply with applicable child safety and data protection laws, and we cooperate with law enforcement and recognized child safety organizations when required.
